Description: St. Joseph College, Sitapur Road, Lucknow conducted a mega quiz ''Bal Ratna Khoj - 2016'' in association with Kabir Peace Mission for class 9th to 12th students of Lucknow region Schools.The quiz was of two rounds, in which 1st round was conducted through written questions and 2nd round was extempore. The questions were prepared by Jury Members consists of Dr. Rashmi Soni, Mr. Praveen Kumar Dwivedi and Mr. Samanrya Dhar Dwivedi for the first round. 450 students of class IX to XII participated in 1st round from 25 Schools of Lucknow.Top 15 students with min. 80% marks in the 1st round qualified for the 2nd round. 15 students participated in the 2nd round. Finally, top 15 students were called to participate in Final extempore and Judged by Jury Members. All top 15 students are being provided with participation certificate and a book on Morality. The schools participating in this quiz were also given appreciation certificate. Top 5 participants were given cash prize, 2 books and a merit certificate.In the Finals, Justice S.C. Verma Former Lokayukt, Uttar Pradesh presided over the function. Dr. Kirti Narain was the Chief Guest.Shri R.K.Mittal IAS (Retd) Chief Coordinator-Kabir Peace Mission & Guest of Honour addressed the audience, which was attended by Teachers & Students of various schools of Lucknow and City Coordinators of KPM Mr. Rajesh Agarwal. The Entire event was handled by students of Students under the guidance of Principal Ma'am.
