Description: The meeting started with the welcome address of Principal, Ms. Amita Singh.He briefed the
gathering (of about 150 parents, nearly equal no. of students and staff members) with a
presentation on the general information about the school, activities carried out at St. Joseph College, Sitapur Road and some
achievements of students/staff.
The meeting started at 10.00 am. with a word of prayer by Principal Ma'am. The Director
Sir in his welcome address informed that such meetings would pave the way for the
School authorities to have a cordial relationship with the parents. Though the School
authorities met the parents at the time of admission after that parent would come to know
about the School activities through your ward and the children. The School would like
to present its perspective to the parents. Hence the School is here to build a relationship
with the parents and clarify their doubts.Lots of infrastructures such as classrooms, lab facilities are provided and
new courses have been introduced. The parents are valuable for our school, the Director Sir
urged the parents to give suggestions so that the School authorities can become more
responsive to the needs of the students.
Finally one of the parents offered a vote of thanks for organizing Parents’ Meeting. The meeting ended at 12.30 pm.
Tea and snacks were served to the parents.
