Description: The difference was evident – both the Students & Teachers were buzzing with activity giving finishing touches to all the preparations. The entire school was participating right from Playway to Class 12 . All were involved…. And why not… it was the celebration for the Nation…. Our Motherland INDIA. The program began with special prayer; The Chief Guest Mr. Anil Agarwal (Managing Director) then unfurled the National Flag while the college choir sang the National Anthem. The Chief Guest, along with the Principal Mrs. Amita Singh also took the salute of the impressive Flag. Showcasing the solidarity and the rich cultural heritage of our country – the students of all four houses dressed up in the attire of the different states of our country then danced on the ground adding vibrant and colours to the event. It was India at the SJC grounds - Kashmir, U.P. Gujarat, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Kerala and Goa all at one place and thereafter, keeping up the secular values. it was a delight to watch the cultural heritage of our country being depicted so beautifully by the students.
