                        Message For Young Learners

“ The most powerful asset a man has is his 'MIND'. The answer to the question "what
is a realistic goal and what is achievable" is entirely up to you. If your mind
can accept that something is achievable, it will find a way to attain that thing.
"What ever the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve". These are
the immortal words of Napoleon Hill, a man who truly understood that "there are
no limitations to mind except those we acknowledge."

Our possibilities are only limited by our thinking. What may be a limit for one
person is a walk in the park for another. It's all in our mind. We have within our
self the ability to become and achieve anything we want. We must have the ability
                        to take decisions promptly.

Decision taking skill is the one which enables us to do routine things in a different
manner, without this ability we'll not be able to make our position in this competition
stricken world. Most of us make excuses to defend our conduct and live with the
wrong notion of making excuses. Over the years we have cultivated the art of making
excuses with creative ways to avoid doing something that needs to be done. We need
to learn to eliminate t he bad habit of making excuses and take responsibility of
everything in our lives. Taking decisions quickly, we are showing our character
and in doing so, the stronger our character will become and as a consequence the
quality of our life will be enhanced. Don't let excuses hold us back from developing
our full potential. When the door is closed, why don't we look through the open
windows? Stop making excuses, take quick and speedy decisions and dare to be what
                        you want to be!

Always believe “ One who can see the invisible can do the IMPOSSIBLE."

Selecting a school for your children is one of the most important choices you will
make. To ensure that they are cared for, challenged, and assisted throughout their
journey through school is a vital concern for any parent. It is with great pleasure
that I welcome you to the St. Joseph College, founded by Mrs. Pushplata Agarwal in
1987, School provides a challenging academic program in English for students aged
3-18. Our highly qualified teachers deliver challenging courses, while also providing
plenty of support to help students flourish as caring, confident, and culturally
sensitive individuals. Our well-equipped faculty and our academic program are enriched
by after-school activities, which give our students opportunities to stretch their
minds and their bodies.St. Joseph College is a very happy, child-centered place,
where we all strive to model the behaviours we would like to see in the world. It
is, indeed, a place where we belong.

We set ourselves a tough task. We set ourselves a mission of providing education
with ample opportunities; opportunities to ask. In that opportunity to ask, we get
an opportunity to nourish and nurture individuals, who are strong, who embody self-
reliance, and who will turn out to be what our vision statement advocates. Creating
global citizens, committed to humanistic values, and democratic traditions. School
management has successfully driven a culture that looks towards the quality, and
not the quantity of education. Equal opportunity, for all children to excel in their
own ways, will be the hallmark of teaching-learning process. We will see that each
child must have unending achievements and accomplishments. Education is an un-ending
and on going process. One has to keep the mind within humanity to learn. Let us
                        therefore, remember that:

"To get together in the beginning, To stay together in progress, To work together
                            in success"

                    Mrs. Seema Agarwal

                        (Managing Director)

"Child is the father of man" , William Wordsworth ,the great author once quoted
and I always agree. Innumerable times, the budding scholars of my college have surprised
me through their innocent questions by expecting answers, when actually there are
none. For me, teaching has always been a continuous and ongoing learning process.
I firmly believe in the adage ‘Where there is learning, there is life’. Without
the thirst for knowledge, life is meaningless. It has always been the earnest endeavour
of our dedicated staff to engrain the pearls of wisdom in all the bright sparks
                        of our illustrious institution.

I have a common message for both our present as well as ex-students, ‘Believe in
yourself, work hard for your dreams, but above all, in the race for success don’t
allow your ambition rule over your principles and values. Your values are something
which will always remain with you as pillars of strength even when adversities seem
insurmountable and everyone around you is trying hard to discourage you.

It would be unfair on my part, if I forget to make a mention of the pivotal role
played by our elite management and instructional staff for their unending efforts.
They have really been an indispensable part of our system. At the end , I have but
one message for all of them, ‘Believe in the strengths of your students and always
give them the opportunity to express themselves . Give them a patient hearing and
address all their problems cheerfully because an inquisitive mind is undoubtedly
                        a developing mind.
